Bridging its iconic legacy and its vision of the future, the Skydeck Chicago located at Willis Tower (formerly known as the Sears Tower), is an immersive queuing experience that celebrates a world-renowned tourist destination, while driving visitor traffic and additional revenue per guest.

The Skydeck queue is comprised of three major experiences that entertain visitors on a journey from entry to exit that blends environmental graphics, digital experiences and sculptural elements designed to encourage visual and tactile interaction. The scope of the overall project includes the Skydeck identity redesign, visitor queuing experience, movie and elevator ride, with plans to extend the design through the entire visitor experience. Additionally, we named and designed the identity for the thrilling new “Ledge” recently unveiled at the Tower.
